Over the last ten months Malibu beachfront sales have demonstrated that the value on the beach is as strong as ever.
The prices have been on a steady rise over the last three years but the last two years in particular have shown a steady increase especially in the $10 million plus range. The number of beachfront homes available remains at a historical low keeping values strong. With only 65 active listings on the beach in Malibu this is the lowest number of homes for sale we have seen in recent years and the number of homes for sale in Malibu promises to remain very low.
