Brant sold our home before it even hit the MLS. My husband and I felt it was important to use a local agent, and we soon realized that it would've been a big mistake to use an out-of-area person (or an inactive agent) because Brant knew numerous workers that we needed to employ prior to putting the house up for sale. Since he was extremely knowledgeable of the Malibu area, he was able to recommend painters, handymen, gardeners--all of whom he had used in the past and could confidently recommend to us. It was a hectic move because everything went so quickly, and the escrow closed in just a few days because the buyers were from out of state and need to return home.
